Jordan Arand

Jordan is a multi-family commercial real estate professional with a true passion for driving superior results and helping clients maximize their returns. He leverages Capstone’s unique platform and vast network of contacts to advise clients on investment strategy and the disposition of their assets. Prior to joining the team at Capstone, Jordan spent several years in JPMorgan Asset Management’s Chicago office working with institutional and wirehouse advisors. Early on in his professional career, he worked at UBS Wealth Management assisting high net worth individuals with their investment needs. Originally from the Midwest, he earned his degree in Finance and Economics from Illinois State University. He currently resides in the Nations neighborhood of Nashville, and enjoys playing golf, exercising, spending time outdoors, and exploring the city’s restaurant and brewery scene.
