Jordan Alleva
Jordan Alleva joined Newmark in 2020 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company’s Roseville, California, office. He specializes in the sale, acquisition, and sale-leaseback of single-tenant net leased investment properties globally. Jordan earned Rookie of the Year in 2019 and the Pacesetter Award in 2018 at Marcus & Millichap’s Roseville and Reno offices, where he was the top rookie producer. He has demonstrated a significant history of working with corporate, institutional, development, and private clients. His core clients consist of private equity groups, preferred developers, franchisors, franchisees, and build-to-suit specialists on a national platform. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked as a Senior Analyst conducting research to optimize clients’ portfolios through acquisitions and dispositions. He also has a successful track record with leasing transactions and negotiations for retail, office, and industrial tenants.
