Joody Andre is Marketing Director at TCRE, a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm in South Florida. Ms. Andre specializes in the creation of best in class marketing materials and the implementation of complex marketing strategies. As Marketing Director Ms. Andre manages all aspects of Tower Commercial Real Estate’s advertising, public relations and marketing efforts specifically working towards increasing the company’s brand awareness and recognition. Her experience in property marketing ranges from ground-up development to existing properties as well as marketing Corporate and Brokerage services. Additionally, Ms. Andre plans, directs and implements events, presentations, proposals, media relations and property marketing for the firm’s clients. With a philosophy of strong organization, well thought out marketing concepts and personable communication Ms. Andre continues to contribute to the firm’s tremendous growth. Ms. Andre works with the team at Tower Commercial Real Estate to identify and understand the unique needs for each project. She believes diversifying marketing techniques allows the client the greatest visibility for their asset. Prior to joining TCRE, Ms. Andre served as Client Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield where she provided in-house marketing support for the brokerage professionals in the company’s service lines including Capital Markets, Office Tenant Representation, Agency Leasing and Multifamily throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County. Ms. Andre graduated from the Florida International University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts. She holds an Advanced Graphic Design Certificate from the Art Institute of Ft Lauderdale, Ft. Lauderdale and is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Professional.
