Jonny has over 10 years experience in the development sector, working with a wide variety of public, private and charitable clients.
A qualified Planning and Development Surveyor, Jonny has experience in providing marketing and disposal advice to vendors for a wide range of transaction types including unconditional and subject to planning land and building sales, affordable housing s106 agency, and the creation of development delivery joint ventures including through OJEU procurement processes. He is also experienced in acting for purchasers in both off market and on market acquisitions for land, partnership and forward funding deals Jonny regularly advises landowners, developers and investors on residential and mixed use projects throughout the UK on schemes involving residential, build to rent, affordable housing, student accommodation, hotels and D1/Social Value developments. He is an experienced negotiator with a strong transactional track record. Jonny advises a variety of landowning clients on planning, development, funding and technical strategy to maximise the value of their assets, minimise risks, and to help optimise estate and asset performance through development and rationalisation.
