Jonathan Young

Jonathan joined Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate in July of 2021 after interning at the brokerage earlier that spring. During his time as an intern, he shadowed David English and the Ridge Pointe team to develop skill and experience in every aspect of commercial real estate. Jonathan’s focus is project leasing, tenant representation and investment sales with an emphasis on medical real estate. Since a young age, Jonathan has been exposed to the medical industry. His grandfather, John Young, operated a dental clinic in Brenham for over four decades and his father has operated a successful medical practice in the area for 30 + years. “It is imperative to get to know every client and fully understand their unique situation. Doing so allows me to be as helpful as possible and cater to their individual needs.” Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. On the weekends, you’ll find him out at the ranch on a hunt or on a local golf course with clients and friends alike.
