Jonathan Wilson

With over 17 years’ experience in the commercial property industry, Jonathan joined Bramleys as an assistant to former senior partner Peter Butler. Developing his skills and expertise within the business, Jonathan studied for his degree in Estate Management with Reading University obtaining a first class degree, before qualifying for chartership as a RICS surveyor. Being responsible for the growth of our Commercial Agency department across the Yorkshire region, he became a partner in Bramleys in 2021. Specialising in the sale and letting of industrial, retail and office properties, Jonathan can also provide formal written valuations for commercial properties.l property market and who now concentrates on commercial agency work.
