Jonathan has enjoyed a successful commercial real estate career in L.A. for over 22 years. Jonathan created JS Realty Co. to service his clients with honesty, integrity and hard work coupled with extensive knowledge of the markets he works in and strong relationships with landlords, brokers and tenants. Jonathan began his career as a broker with Cypress Retail Group, a highly respected retail brokerage firm focused on landlord and tenant representation throughout North L.A. county. After seven years at Cypress, he went to work for JH Snyder Company and Combined Properties, two of Los Angeles' most prolific retail landlords where he worked to create value through aggressive marketing and creative leasing. Jonathan has completed hundreds of lease transactions with a total value of more than $150M dollars. A native of Los Angeles, Jonathan graduated high school from Windward School and earned a B.S. from American University in Washington DC. Jonathan is married with two children and currently lives in Encino.
