He founded JS Realty Co. 8 years ago to provide his clients with exceptional service rooted in honesty and integrity. The core principles which drive him are the belief that the lease is the most important factor for creating value, with and investors should do everything they can to defer taxes on a sale. A native of Los Angeles, Jonathan graduated high school from Windward School and earned a B.S. from American University in Washington DC. Jonathan is married with two children and currently lives in Encino.
