Jonathan Schuemann

Jonathan Schuemann has also been involved in the Florida real estate market since graduating from college. After obtaining his degree from Stetson University in 2004, Mr. Schuemann has quickly gained an understanding of the commercial real estate industry by working with both developers and real estate investment trusts. His first position in the commercial real estate industry was with Woolbright Development, Inc. There he worked as a sales associate alongside his brother Joseph learning the “In and Outs” of leasing commercial real estate. After two years of leasing properties for Woolbright, Mr. Schuemann later went on to work at both Ramco-Gershenson, Inc. and Weingarten Realty Investors in their leasing departments. At Ramco-Gershenson, Inc, he served as a Retail Leasing Specialist responsible for leasing 17 shopping centers with approximately 3 million square feet of retail space. At Weingarten Realty Investors, he served as a Leasing Executive responsible for approximately 2.8 million square feet of retail space throughout the State of Florida. Currently, Mr. Schuemann serves as a Leasing Executive with Blurock Commercial Real Estate, LLC. His extensive real estate experience includes property sales and leasing, landlord and tenant representation and property management.
