Jonathan Probst

Jonathan is currently the Managing Principal, Senior Vice President, and Market Leader for the SRS Real Estate Partners’ Houston, TX Office. While having a Leadership role that includes building and growing the Houston Team, Jonathan specializes in Tenant Representation, Tenant Services, Third Party Leasing, Owner Services, Disposition, and the procurement and sale of both vacant and NNN Income producing properties. Prior to joining SRS in 2022, Probst worked at The Retail Connection from 2008-2022 as a Broker and Senior Vice President where he focused on Leasing, and Tenant Representation for Anchor Tenants, Jr. Anchor Tenants, Single Tenant Pad Users, QSR’s, Restaurants, a variety of National Retailers, and was recognized as a Top Producer for the company 8 times. His knowledge of the Houston Market has been critical to site selection and expansion strategies for several prominent retailers, such as Raising Cane’s, Planet Fitness, and Topgolf.
