Jonathan Nikfarjam

Jonathan Nikfarjam is the Managing Principal and Founder of Shield Commercial Real Estate. Over his brokerage career, he has received numerous sales recognition awards, broken highest priced sale records, and closed over 250 transactions totaling just under $1 Billion in sales. With over 16 years of experience, he is a licensed real estate broker and has also served as an expert real estate witness. Jonathan was also a panelist guest speaker at RealShare, the largest multifamily conference nationally, for the “The Art of Multifamily Deal Making” panel. Prior to starting Shield Commercial Real Estate, Jonathan was the Managing Principal of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors office in El Segundo. During his time there, he was ranked amongst the top 2% of Coldwell Banker Commercial agents in the country and part of the #1 Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise globally. Additionally, he was the top producing broker in the El Segundo office for 4 consecutive years. Other recent notable accolades and recognition include receiving the 2023 Los Angeles Times’s B2B Real Estate Visionaries Award, 2023 Crexi Platinum Broker Award, 2024 Real Estate All Star in the Los Angeles Magazine, 4-time recipient of LA Business Journal’s “Who’s Brokering Los Angeles,” Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Platinum Circle of Distinction, and LA Business Journal’s “Leaders of Influence.” Jonathan graduated from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, with a concentration in real estate finance and corporate finance. Although incredibly passionate about real estate, he spends most of his free time playing piano and basketball.
