Jonathan Nesbitt

Jonathan heads up the office agency team in FG Burnett, having 16 years’ experience specifically in the field of office agency and rent reviews in Aberdeen. Jonathan advises many of the major energy companies and service suppliers in Aberdeen, relative to their office occupational strategy. In addition he also advises various landlords relative to office disposals. Jonathan is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and also heads up our Rent Review Team. He is able to act as an independent expert in office rent review disputes. Jonathan is also a Registered Valuer with the RICS.
