Jonathan Maurer

Jon joined Pyramid Brokerage Company in 2020 after a twelve year career with multiple national restaurant brands including Tim Hortons, MidiCi Neapolitan Pizza franchise and Big Boy Restaurants. Jon has a Communications/Advertising degree from St. John Fisher University. Jon specializes in providing commercial real estate services for restaurants and retail including tenant and landlord representation. On the tenant rep side, Jon’s specialty is to provide site selection for clients across New York leveraging the Pyramid Brokerage Retail Network. Jon leads the Rochester Retail Council. Jon was the April 2022 salesperson of the month and recognized as a finalist for the 2022 deal of the year.
