Jonathan Kershner

Jonathan Kershner joined the Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc. team in 2016 as a Leasing Specialist. Coming from a long line of real estate developers, Jonathan developed an early passion for real estate, obtaining his real estate license at the age of 18. Since then, he has had continued success in the New York City market, closing over $75,000,000 in sales transactions and over 100,000 square feet of commercial leases. Jonathan continues to build long-term relationships with tenants and building owners to match spaces and investments with their financial and strategic needs, ensuring successful and fulfilling transactions. His negotiation skills, coupled with his unwavering commitment to transparency, guarantee a positive experience for all parties involved. In recognition of his achievements, Jonathan negotiated one of the largest square footage retail deals in NYC in 2018 and was awarded the largest square footage deal in 2022 at the firm, cementing his reputation as a top performer in the industry. Before joining Norman Bobrow & Co., Jonathan worked in residential sales and construction. He graduated Cum Laude from Touro College with a degree in finance and resides in New York City.
