Jonathan Janas

Jon has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience with an extensive background in accounting and property management. As a co-founder of Crosstown Real Estate and its affiliated companies, Mr. Janas oversees every aspect of property management for the company’s assets, including oversight of tenant improvement construction projects. He has a particular specialty in bank-owned properties and has served as a court-appointed Receiver for numerous properties across his long career.
