As Principal for Cresa, Jonathan Harms is responsible for the strategic planning, financial analysis, business terms structuring and negotiating transactions on behalf of his clients in the Washington, DC metropolitan region. Mr. Harms began his career as a tenant advisor in 2004 with The Ezra Company. Mr. Harms joined Cresa in order to provide his clients with the most up-to-date tenant services available in the country. Since 2004, Mr. Harms has advised law firms such as Jackson & Campbell and Simmons & Kushnir. His non-profit clients include the National Wildlife Federation and the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. He is also well positioned to handle government contractor requirements through his work with Management Technology, Inc. and QED Consulting. Mr. Harms earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is currently pursuing his Master''''s in Real Estate at Georgetown University. He is a licensed real estate sales agent in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
