Jonathan Hallett

Jonathan is a Senior Brokerage Analyst on Avison Young’s Investment Sales Team, focusing on income-producing commercial properties and development land throughout British Columbia. He started at Avison Young in 2021 as a Research Manager and covered the Metro Vancouver office market, before joining the Capital Markets Team in 2022. Previously, Jonathan spent five years working in business development for the Canadian institutional division of a major global investment management firm in Vancouver. Jonathan attended the University of British Columbia, where he graduated with a major in Economics and a minor in Commerce. He is a CFA charterholder and is currently completing the Diploma Program in Urban Land Economics from the UBC Sauder School of Business.
