Jonathan Gifford

Jon Gifford is Executive Vice President of Perry CRE. A 35-year commercial real estate veteran, Jon serves as a valued resource to his office, industrial and retail clients - advising both tenants and landlords on leasing and sales transactions. An expert in both the downtown Boston and South Shore markets, Jon’s recent transactions total more than 1.0 MSF and range from renewing the US headquarters of a global biopharmaceutical firm to procuring warehouse space for a local retailer. Prior to joining Perry CRE, Jon was Senior Vice president at NAI Hunneman and a Vice President at Trammell Crow.
