
Jonathan Eckerd is a Vice President, Investments with NNN Pro, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Jonathan joined NNN Pro in 2023 and currently focuses on representing private investors, family offices, developers and institutions in the acquisition, disposition and exchange of net-lease properties primarily in the Southwest and Texas. He also advises mid-tier business owners on strategies related to their company owned real estate. With almost seven years of experience in net-lease investments and sale-leasebacks, Jonathan’s prior teams have been involved in selling over $1.2 billion worth of properties, completing over 600 transactions across 46 different states. Jonathan has personally closed over $134 million in real estate and over 68 transactions in 11 states. He was awarded the Pace Setter award from Marcus & Millichap in 2018 and the Sales Recognition Award from Ascension (formerly “James Capital Advisors”) in 2021 and 2022. Prior to working with NNN Pro, Jonathan worked at Marcus & Millichap with the Net Lease Advisory Group and Ascension (formerly “James Capital Advisors”). He served in the US Army for eight years and three deployments earning numerous citations and medals including a Purple Heart during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2007 after being injured in combat near Camp Taji in Iraq. After retiring from the military in 2008, Jonathan graduated cum laude from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a specialization in Supply Chain Management and Entrepreneurship. Jonathan lives in Houston, Texas with his wife and two daughters.
