His previous experience at Colliers International, CoStar Group, and Realty Capital Advisors has given him a deep understanding of commercial valuation, leasing, market analysis, and asset management. This prior experience, and his Masters’ in Real Estate Finance, allow him to deliver outstanding satisfaction to any and all clientele, whether that is site selection for a business’ undergoing expansion/contraction or a complex investment sales transaction. Jonathan firmly believes in bringing parties together to solve real estate problems.
