Jonathan Butler

Jonathan is a Chartered Surveyor within the Commercial Transactional team in the Doncaster office. He joined Fisher German in 2020 and is the lead contact for Lease Advisory services throughout the North Midlands and Yorkshire regions. Jonathan undertakes a range of lease renewals and rent reviews on behalf of landlords and tenants and is a skilled and trusted adviser in this regard. Jonathan is also involved in agency work throughout the region, carrying out acquisitions and disposals across the industrial and office sectors. He has acted on behalf of listed companies, funds and high-net-worth individuals in this work. Outside of work, Jonathan loves playing and watching sport, particularly cricket. He enjoys being outdoors, keeping fit and is a Youth Leader in his church.
