Jonathan Blacker

Mr. Jonathan J. Blacker has been extensively involved in real estate and the practice of law since the eighties. Mr. Blacker brings experience, clarity of vision, advocacy skills and market knowledge to each transaction. As a former Vice President of Denenberg Realty Advisors, Mr. Blacker’s single purpose was to effectively represent either the interests of the retail and office client as Tenant Representative or the interests of the Owner, as Leasing or Sales Agent. Prior to joining Denenberg Realty Advisors, Mr. Blacker led the Blue Stream Commercial Real Estate Group. He focused primarily on tenant representation, servicing retail and office clients in downtown Boston and the Greater Boston Metropolitan markets. He also was a partner as well as a founder of several retail food service businesses for which he negotiated numerous leases with national real estate firms. Mr. Blacker received his J.D. degree in 1975 from the New England School of Law, with a concentration in real estate related law and was a practicing attorney for many years. He was also holds Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The University of Maryland. With his wealth of experiences, expertise and education, Mr. Blacker brings to Denenberg Realty Advisors a comprehensive and unique vantage point which enables him to deliver to his clients consistently optimum results.
