Jon-Eric Greene joined the Salt Lake City office of Commerce CRG in 2003 in addition to serving as Senior Vice President at Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Inc in Honolulu. He has completed more than 300 commercial transactions totaling over $400 million. He represents the nation’s top retailers with their Hawaii and InterMountain Regional real estate needs including strategic planning, site selection, acquisition and store development. With over 15 years experience within the shopping center industry, Jon-Eric excels in technical areas including real estate law, finance, project design and planning. Jon-Eric specializes in retail leasing and investments with an emphasis in tenant and buyer representation. By establishing long-term relationships with his clients, Jon-Eric has been instrumental in developing and executing strategic real estate programs for a number of national retailers to facilitate their entry and expansion in Hawaii, California and Idaho.
