Jon Walters

For over two decades, Jon has been active in commercial real estate agency and business ownership. He began his career as the Prairie representative and ultimately the National General Manager of Space4lease, one of the earliest and most accessed online websites providing supply side information and data to the national CRE market. Jon was first licensed to trade in Alberta in 2003 and in BC in 2005, receiving his CCIM designation in 2017 and mortgage broker license in 2019. His extensive history of business and community involvement on the Island has allowed him to develop a close working relationship with a range of real estate professionals. Jon now services client leasing and investment needs on Vancouver Island north of Victoria.
