Jon Spadafino

Jon joined SRS in 2018 and has seven years of experience specializing in tenant and landlord representation. His primary focus is helping national and local tenants, including Citibank, Walgreens, Sleep Number, and Springbone Kitchen with their portfolio strategy including market analysis, site selection, disposition, and lease negotiations. Since joining SRS, Jon has been the recipient of SRS’ Rising Star Award (2019) and Top Achiever Award (2022, 2023, 2024). Prior to joining SRS, Jon worked at CBRE as a research analyst where he analyzed and updated market statistics for CBRE’s Manhattan office market research reports.
