Jon Spadafino

Jon joined SRS in 2018 as an analyst in the New York office. His introduction to commercial real estate was through a summer internship with CBRE as a research group analyst where he analyzed and updated market statistics for CBRE’s Manhattan office market research reports, tracked leasing activity, and was recognized by senior brokers for the best mock sales presentation in an intern competition. Jon graduated from the University of Maryland where he studied management and communications in the sports industry. While there, he was part of the College Park Scholars program, a nationally acclaimed, invitation-only living-learning program for outstanding students. He was also recognized on the Dean’s list, worked at the university radio station and newspaper, and was active on the leadership team of his fraternity.
