As Managing Director Head of Investment & Portfolio Management for Graceada Partners, Jon is responsible for the execution of asset-level business plans and quarterly and monthly operations across assets, driving optimal financial and operational performance for the investments. In addition to Jon's asset management responsibilities, he will assist Graceada Partners in the underwriting and acquisition of prospective properties. Jon has over 13 years of acquisitions and asset management experience. Before joining Graceada Partners, Jon spent four years managing 12 Sacramento office properties totaling over 1 million square feet for the Buzz Oates organization. Prior to that, Jon was part of the western United States asset management team with Shorenstein Properties – covering an $8.0 billion portfolio from Houston to Seattle. Jon holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
