ABOUT

I am a Multifamily Advisor and Partner with SVN | Wood Properties, specializing in the sale of multifamily investment properties throughout East Tennessee and the surrounding region. I work with apartment owners, private investors, family offices, developers, and institutional clients to maximize value through strategic acquisitions and dispositions. As part of SVN | Wood Properties' Multifamily Advisory Team alongside Ford Collier, Scott Szpyrka, and Ryan Morgan, we've completed hundreds of millions of dollars in apartment transactions and have become one of the region's most active multifamily brokerage teams. Before joining SVN | Wood Properties, I spent nearly five years as Director of Acquisitions and Investor Relations for a large real estate investment group. During that time, I helped grow the firm's assets under management from approximately $250 million to more than $650 million while sourcing acquisitions, underwriting investment opportunities, raising capital, and working closely with investors throughout the acquisition and asset management process. That experience gives me an investor's perspective when advising clients on valuation, positioning, negotiations, and marketing strategy. Originally from Michigan, I relocated to Knoxville in 2019 and have built my career around the East Tennessee multifamily market. I believe the best outcomes come from combining detailed financial analysis, market knowledge, and genuine relationships. My goal is simple: help clients make informed decisions, maximize value, and create long-term partnerships built on trust. Outside of work, I'm passionate about health and longevity, fitness, boating on Norris Lake, golf, and travel. I enjoy connecting with investors, owners, and industry professionals and am always happy to discuss the East Tennessee multifamily market.
