Mr. Rilling began his career in the architectural industry as a designer and project manager from 1995 to 2000 as an assistant project manager for a 4,850 acre portion of Otay Ranch. Since 2005, Mr. Rilling has been responsible for managing the acquisition, planning and entitlement of the 1,746 unit, 90,000 SF mixed-use Lilac Hills Ranch Village. In 2015, Lilac Hills Ranch was recommended for approval by County Department of Planning and Depatment Services and, subsequently, the County Planning Commission. Mr. Rilling graduated from Hobart College in Geneva, NY with a Liberal Arts Degree and has a Masters of Architecture from the New School of Architecture in San Diego.
