Jon began his career with Southeast Venture as a real estate broker focused on retail services in 2007. Before 2007, Jon spent over twenty years in the restaurant and retail industry both as a manager and owner. Since then, he has been involved in all aspects of brokerage and commercial real estate business. He has expertise in retail focused landlord and tenant representation, as well as acquisition and disposition of services of investment real estate.
