Jon Mills career in commercial real estate began more than 40 years ago in New York City. He has completed transactions totaling over 8 million square feet and aggregating in excess of One Billion Dollars throughout his career. He has represented some of the country’s leading retailers on site selection and leasing in the Middle Atlantic and Northeast regions. He has forged relationships with a number of national retail tenants. Some of his clients have included A & P, Albertson’s, C-town Supermarkets, Foodtown, Ace Hardware, Home Depot, Toys R’ Us, CVS, Vitamin Shoppe, NJ National Bank, Loews Theatres, World Gym, Reebok, Foot Locker, and Jennifer Convertibles. Mr. Mills was a Founding Partner of D6 Developments which was formed to focus exclusively on the development of neighborhood and community retail centers and multi-family housing in the Middle Atlantic and Northeast regions. D6 is a full service company that assembled a team of professionals with extensive experience in all aspects of retail real estate development including site selection, acquisitions, architecture, engineering, development, construction management, leasing and property management. Mr. Mills has acted as a Broker, Consultant, Developer and Manager of real property on a myriad of different transactions including leasing and sales of numerous office, industrial buildings and shopping centers. He has managed real estate for both private investors and institutions. He has also successfully negotiated build-to-suit leases for both tenants and developers
