Jon Miller is the Broker and Owner of Go to the Beach Real Estate, bringing a unique blend of business acumen, marketing expertise, and personal investment experience to the 30A real estate market. After earning a degree in Business and Marketing, Jon began his career at an advertising agency in St. Louis, Missouri. He later spent much of his professional life managing a successful, family-owned men’s clothing business in the same city. For over two decades, Jon and his wife, Judy, traveled extensively, vacationing on Caribbean islands and throughout Florida. After exploring the East Coast, West Coast, and Panhandle of Florida, they kept returning to Seagrove Beach on 30A. They were drawn to the area's friendly community, vibrant small towns, and breathtaking natural beauty—including its turquoise waters, white sand beaches, and rare coastal dune lakes. Over the course of 20 years, Jon and Judy purchased eight properties in the area, at times managing up to four short-term vacation rentals simultaneously. Their personal experience as property owners and investors made it a natural transition for Jon to begin helping others find and invest in their own piece of paradise. Jon knows the 30A market inside and out, having tracked its growth and fluctuations for years. He specializes in income-producing properties, helping clients not only find the right vacation or investment home but also turn it into a top-performing rental.
