I work closely with land developers, architects, and companies looking to grow or expand their geographical footprint. For the last 8+ years I’ve worked with companies to help them grow their business in a multitude of ways. From that I have been able to create great healthy relationships with businesses and corporations throughout the country. Because of those real estate relationships I have been fortunate to usually be the first point of contact when a company is looking to develop a new piece of land. I’ve always tried to be a connector of people so that progress can always be moving forward. Also with my time as a planning and zoning commissioner. It has allowed me to get a further deeper knowledge of what cities and communities look for when allowing development and growth into their city and region. With the Bohler Engineering team having 700+ individuals and 25 offices, it allows us to meet the demands and needs when our land development clients are needing civil engineering, land surveying, land planning, permitting, entitlements, technical consulting, and project management for there real estate developments.
