Jon Harbour

Jon Harbour started Harbour Commercial in 2008 following a successful career as both a residential and commercial general contractor. Over the past 17 years Jon and his small team have put together in excess of 600 sales and leasing transactions totaling well over $200 million dollars in market value, all while maintaining the appeal and attention to detail of a small “boutique” style real estate firm. Jon has also been awarded the CCIM designation. This prestigious designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. The curriculum addresses: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis – the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Currently, Harbour Commercial focuses primarily on real estate investment and management of its own assets and private funds.
