Jon Farris serves as Vice Chairman in Stream’s Houston office where he focuses on industrial tenant representation, transaction management, and new client and business pursuits. With over 35 years of experience serving clients in Houston and across the globe, Jon aims to expand the company’s occupier services platform across Houston’s industrial market, leveraging Stream’s presence and commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Jon is widely regarded as an informed advisor, reputable ally, and an unyielding advocate who provides unique solutions to the world’s most dynamic real estate users. Clients value his efficacy and ability to communicate, saving clients time while mitigating risk. Jon rejoined Stream from CBRE, where he served as Executive Vice President. In this role, he advised industrial tenants, buyers, and developers across Houston and beyond, managing significant assignments that ranged from small-scale projects to over a million square feet. Jon consistently delivers tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of his clients.
