Jon Ellis

Jon Ellis has been with M3 Millennium Companies since 2008. His role as the Vice President of Brokerage include tenant rep leasing with a focus on tenant lease renewals. Mr. Ellis specializes in landlord negotiations using market expertise to ensure fair market deals for his clients. He closes between ten to fifteen million dollars in commercial real estate transaction each year. After Graduating with a BBA Management degree from Harding University in Searcy Arkansas where he was a 4 year NCAA letterman in Football, Jon accepted a management role at a marina in Tennessee before moving back to Atlanta to begin his Career in Commercial Real Estate in 2008. ? Jon is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He serves on the Leadership team in his Alpharetta BNI Chapter. Jon and his wife Ashley live in Roswell with their two young children Charlie and Walker .
