Jon Cavendish

Jon Cavendish has close to 50 years in the real estate business. He began his career after college selling lots at a resort community in Terra Alta, WV. After a year, he decided to return to Charleston and has worked in the real estate business with various companies including 12 years with Old Colony Company. In 1986 he and Mike Thompson founded Realcorp, Inc. where he has worked as a Broker, sales agent, and appraiser. Mr. Cavendish handles commercial, industrial and multifamily real estate and offers appraisal, brokerage, consulting, expert witness testimony and leasing services to various banks and lending institutions. His clientele includes many individuals and corporations. 2011 started a new era for Realcorp, Inc. They changed to an LLC and welcomed two new partners.
