Jon is founder of First In Real Estate, a real estate company specializing in residential, commercial and farm and ranch properties. He is a lifetime resident of Liberty Hill where he lives with his wife Rose and their children. Jon began his career in real estate as a local home builder and land developer in 2000 as the owner of a local Liberty Hill custom home company. While continuing to build homes, Jon obtained his real estate license in 2001 and began representing customers with the sale of specs, customs, and resale listings. Today, as owner of Copper Ridge Investments, Inc. which he founded in 2007, Jon continues to use his years of experience and knowledge to help customers with all of their real estate needs. Throughout the past 22 years, Jon has developed and sold many of the local Liberty Hill subdivisions such as Drake's Crossing, Boulderwood, Cierra Springs, Cierra Vista, Rio Ancho, Iron Oak, Rosemont, Bentley Ridge, and Stone Creek Ranch. Jon's experience covers all areas of real estate including resale listings, new home construction, commercial, and farm & land development.
