Jolie Duhon has joined CBRE's Houston office as a Vice President on our National Retail Partners team, partnering with Mark Witcher. Jolie was previously at Orr Commercial, where she focused primarily on marketing and leasing the firm’s retail centers across the Greater Houston Area. While at Orr Commercial, Jolie assisted in the disposition of several of the firm’s Houston retail assets. In addition to her sales and agency experience, Jolie has represented several national retail brands in local site selection and lease negotiations. Prior to joining Orr Commercial, Jolie held corporate positions for both American Airlines and Pepsi Co. She holds a B.S. in Hotel Administration from University of Nevada Las Vegas and an M.B.A from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
