Johnny Galloway

Johnny serves as a brokerage associate with an emphasis on investment sales and capital markets, development site selection, and tenant representation. He assists clients throughout the process of deal sourcing, underwriting and financial modeling. Johnny also advises on acquisitions, dispositions, and debt and equity structuring. Prior to joining Sage Partners, Johnny worked for Ernst & Young as a financial consultant on commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions where he played key roles in structuring and analyzing collateral behind multibillion-dollar securitization offerings. Johnny graduated from the University of Arkansas with degrees in Finance and Accounting. He is a passionate member of the Fayetteville and greater Northwest Arkansas community. He participates in local affairs, industry and chamber of commerce events, Urban Land Institute NWA Young Leaders Group and the United Central Methodist Church.
