He joins the team as a specialist in the Industrial division, focusing on private capital advisory consulting, and the disposition/acquisition of industrial properties and development sites for clients nationwide. Having worked extensively in property management in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex before commercial brokerage, Johnny brings a unique view of assets for both the disposition/acquisition and landlord position. Johnny has been involved in over $120 million in transactions and provides clients with the highest level of service by leveraging this experience, market & underwriting knowledge, and forged relationships within the industry. Johnny graduated from SMU’s MBA program in 2017, concentrating in finance and real estate. Before joining CBRE, he led a team at Matthews Real Estate focusing solely on Industrial properties Nation-Wide. His business acumen, unmatched work ethic, and comprehensive market knowledge help him exceed his client’s investment goals and expectations, achieving success exclusively representing private investors, developers, and institutions in the acquisition and disposition of industrial investment properties.
