John Ziegler

John Ziegler is the President and Chief Executive Officer of STG Group headquartered in Petaluma, California. In his current role, Ziegler directs the company’s strategic vision, acquisitions, and asset management initiatives across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate properties. Under his leadership, STG has specialized in multi-tenant flex industrial and Class A office assets, expanding its footprint in markets such as Denver, Los Angeles, Portland, and Northern California. He has overseen significant transactions and development projects that have strengthened STG’s position in the Western U.S. commercial real estate sector. Ziegler founded STG Group in 1985 and has served as its CEO since inception.
