John Ytterberg

John Ytterberg is an Associate in Partners Real Estate’s Investment Sales division. He specializes in representing owners in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant retail properties. John was born and raised in Houston, Texas before graduating from Baylor University-Hankamer School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance focused on Financial Investments and Real Estate. He has previously worked in real estate leasing, property management, facility management, and redevelopment project management. His well-rounded experience in these fields as well as personal investment ownership allows him to provide unique value and help him understand clients’ issues and needs. In his spare time, John enjoys playing golf, tennis, skiing and trying new restaurants.
