John Willingham

For 16 years, John has been involved in the real estate business in his roles as a Commercial Bank Lender, CPA, Board Member and through his own personal Real Estate Development business. John is knowledgeable about office, warehouse/industrial space, multi-family, mixed use, public/private partnerships, historic tax credit rehabilitation and new market tax credit developments. His diverse background and experience in the development industry helps him provide unique and creative solutions for his clients. Client relationships and service to the community are important aspects of his professional and personal life. John currently serves on the Winchester City Council, where he served as President for five years, current Chairman of Frederick Winchester Service Authority and board member of the Northern Shenandoah Valley Community Foundation.
