Along with representing some of Greater Vancouver's most established Landlords, John has had the pleasure of working with many growing businesses on the tenant representation & purchasing side of commercial real estate transactions. John additionally has a specific focus on medical occupiers and Life Science companies. Prior to joining Colliers, John specialized as a pre-sale Realtor in the Greater Vancouver condo market. His experience working alongside developers and real estate marketing teams has provided him with skills and expertise in selling and marketing new developments. Prior to selling real estate, John spent four years studying Business Management and Economics at the University of Saskatchewan. During this time he had the opportunity to work with Colliers in Saskatoon as a Research Analyst.
