John Walsh

John F. Walsh has over 19 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 1997, Mr. Walsh began his real estate career with Norris, Beggs & Simpson in downtown San Francisco (Norris, Beggs & Simpson was purchased by Galbreath in 1994). Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Walsh spent seven years in sales as a Manufacturer’s Representative and Sales Manager for North American Watch Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of fine watches. Mr. Walsh specializes in Tenant Representation in the San Francisco Financial District. He has leased several million square feet of office space in a wide variety of transactions ranging in size up to 110,000 square feet. In 1993, Mr. Walsh was the Top Producer in the California Region, and in 1996, the Top Broker in the San Francisco Office. In 2000 and 2005 he was one of the Top Producers in the San Francisco office. Mr. Walsh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior from Brown University, 1981. He also holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License.
