John Van Buskirk, SIOR

John Van Buskirk is a founding Principal of Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania LLC, where he also serves as the Research lead, Tax and Finance Chair and a member of the firm’s Board of Managers. His transactional focus includes industrial landlord and tenant representation work along with site selection, investor acquisitions and adaptive re-use. Mr. Van Buskirk has executed large scale site acquisition, leasing and investment sale assignments on behalf of many of the nation’s leading multi-market landlords, including Prologis, GLP, Liberty Property Trust, AEW, IndCor, Hillwood, Industrial Income Trust, Black Creek Group, Matrix Development, First Industrial, Industrial Realty Group, and USAA. John has successfully executed mission-critical work on behalf of numerous corporations and counts Ahold USA, Ollie’s Bargain Outlets, SC Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Wal-Mart Stores, Nordstrom’s, DHL, and Norfolk Southern among his past and current clients. Over the course of his 30-year career, he has been repeatedly recognized as a top producer at both local and national levels.
