John M. Tanenbaum Castle Bay Management Services, LLC Founder and President earned a B.A. in 1985 from the University of Rochester. John completed a joint-degree program in 1990 at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and received his J.D. from the School of Law and his M.B.A. from the John M. Olin School of Business. He is admitted to practice law in the state courts of New York, Connecticut (retired), and the District of Columbia. In addition, he is a member in good standing of the New York, District of Columbia and American Bar Associations. In the spring of 1992, Mr. Tanenbaum opened a Real Estate Practice on Long Island, which later turned into a real estate management and development company. John’s practice includes most areas of real estate law, specializing in leases, closings, as well as acquisitions. John has worked in the tri-state area since 1990 developing, renting and managing commercial and residential space.Mr. Tanenbaum's practice covers most areas of Real Estate management and development, including office space and building design.
