John Talhelm

John Talhelm serves as Senior Vice President of the JLL Industrial Services group. He has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with a focus on manufacturing and distribution facilities. He has assisted national and international companies in the design and implementation of distribution and manufacturing networks involving site location, new facility development and disposition of inefficient assets. Additionally, he has extensive experience in the development of deep-water ship terminals as well as airport-based cargo facilities.
