John Stafford

John specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area as well as tenant and buyer representation. Since 2006, John has leased/sold more than 30 million square feet of real estate, completing over 1,000 transactions, with a total transaction volume exceeding $1 billion dollars. John was a Colliers International Everest Award Winner recognizing top 10% of Colliers brokers in production internationally (2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023) John began his commercial real estate career in 2006 and joined Colliers in January of 2011. In 2012, John was promoted to Senior Vice President, in 2013 became a partner of the firm, in 2019 was promoted to Executive Vice President, and in 2023 was promoted to Vice Chair.
