John Slowinski

John Slowinski joined the Washington, D.C. office of Marcus & Millichap in June 2020. As an Associate, Mr. Slowinski is responsible for multifamily investment sales, advisory, research, and business development throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area. John provides timely market intelligence and works to develop unique strategies to achieve the specific goals of his clients in the multifamily investment sector. He is well connected with a wide range of investors, sellers, lenders, developers and values communication and persistence through each step of the business process. Mr. Slowinski is a graduate of Bucknell University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and minor in Chinese Language. He currently holds a salesperson license in Maryland and the District of Columbia. John values spending time with family and friends, is a passionate DC sports fan, and enjoys listening to podcasts on anything from movies and music, to business and world history.
