John Simone

John Simone, President of Simone Realty, Inc., has been a licensed commercial real estate broker in New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 1969. He earned the designation of Certified Commercial-Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors, CCIM, in 1983. John began his real estate career in the field of general commercial real estate sales and leasing with a concentration in investment real estate properties including retail, office, industrial, and vacant land throughout New Jersey and Bucks County, PA. In 1976, along with a small group of investors, the Company began to acquire commercial investment properties for development and redevelopment. In the 1990’s John and his firm narrowed the focus to medical properties. John has a background in commercial property analysis, real estate appraisal, and is a former instructor for the New Jersey Association of Realtors in the area of commercial and industrial real estate. Currently, the firm continues to be actively involved in medical office development and property management through Simone Management, LLC.
